1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Logistics Guru’s shipping services, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Shipping Services

Logistics Guru provides air and/or sea freight services from the United States to Jamaica. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Payment Policy

  • All shipping charges must be paid in full before packages are released.

  • Rates are subject to change due to airline fees, fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, or regulatory changes.

  • Customs duties and government taxes are not included in shipping rates unless otherwise stated.

4. Weight & Measurement

  • All packages are weighed and/or measured upon arrival.

  • Volumetric weight may apply if greater than actual weight.

  • Weight is rounded up to the nearest pound.

5. Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by Jamaican authorities.

  • Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays or storage fees.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must not ship prohibited or illegal items including, but not limited to:

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Explosives

  • Illegal drugs

  • Hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

Logistics Guru reserves the right to refuse or surrender restricted items to authorities.

7. Liability & Claims

  • Logistics Guru is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, customs inspections, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of collection.

  • Liability is limited to the declared value of the item, not exceeding the shipping cost unless insurance was purchased.

8. Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged. Logistics Guru is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

9. Storage Fees

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.

10. Abandoned Packages

Packages unclaimed after 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the company’s discretion.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Logistics Guru reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms or attempting to ship prohibited goods.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for shipping and communication purposes and will not be sold or shared without consent.

** Logistics Guru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
